Holiday season 2024 is in FULL swing, y’all!

It’s a time for friends, family, giving, receiving, coming together, joy, cheer, and pretending behind all them fake ass smiles that everything is just fine…

Now, if you’re anything like me, you know, addicted to FOLLOWING THE MONEY... then, no other time of year screams capitalist exploitation louder than the six or so weeks between Thanksgiving and New Years.

And guess what by chance, falls each year, smack-dab in the middle of that stretch?

The grandaddy of all American child exploitation practices… NCAA college football bowl season, BABY!

And for those of us football fans who choose to ignore the negativity, it’s greatest fucking time to watch football each year.

Period.

And now that America’s most celebrated indentured servant institution, The National Collegiate Athletic Association, has stopped testing it’s 500,000 “student-athletes” for THC, it’s high time we all celebrate these young, gifted adults being able to consume in their downtime without the fear of losing it all.

What better way to do that than amplifying the holiest of all unions: WEED AND SPORTS!

This is why the Emerald Village West Hollywood has launched the "It's Always Bowl Season" campaign to welcome football fans visiting Southern California for the Rose Bowl and Los Angeles Bowl.

The campaign highlights West Hollywood's unique cannabis experience, featuring ten dispensaries and six consumption lounges.

Fans from teams like Ohio State and Oregon are encouraged to explore themed cannabis strains, including Grandaddy Purp, Whitethorn Rose, and Orange Sherbert.

Emerald Village, established in 2021, promotes West Hollywood as a premier cannabis destination, emphasizing legal regulations, consumer safety, and advocacy for decriminalization.

I know that I’ll definitely be checking it out - you know, for non-capitalist reasons, n shit.

Forreal, though… it should be a fantastic time to support the Emerald Village cannabis community, local small business, and have a lil fun watching football with friends and fam!

I’ll be out there and hope to see some of y’all, too!
