Falcon Enterprises LLC told the Los Angeles County Superior Court in an amended complaint Tuesday that the Adelanto property leased from defendants 8210 S. Western Ave 26 LLC, Mama Moti LLC and YHK 18 LLC included buildings constructed without necessary permits or approvals.
Falcon Enterprises says the lease makes clear that the property was to be used for cannabis production and distribution, with four buildings for cultivation.
"Plaintiff would never have signed the lease, paid the security deposit or incurred these costs, had it known that the improvements on the Property were not in compliance with applicable building codes, laws and regulations," the suit said.
