On Sunday afternoon, officers were called out to a burglary at Kultivation Kingz near Pine and 169. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the dispensary was burglarized and a large amount of marijuana was stolen.

The dispensary owners told police they had multiple tracking devices inside some of the stolen product, which police used to track down the marijuana to a home near Edison and Gilcrease Museum Road.

When officers arrived at the home, several people were seen unloading plastic tubs full of marijuana from a U-Haul truck.

The people took off running when they saw officers, but police did arrest Kym Mayberry.

At the home, officers recovered 283 pounds of marijuana, which is believed to all be stolen. They also recovered a pistol and $13,000 in counterfeit $20 bills.

Mayberry was arrested for second-degree burglary, trafficking marijuana and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony.

At this time, police know that the stolen marijuana came from at least four dispensaries that were burglarized. One of the dispensaries was able to recover more than $50,000 in product after the bust.

Police is continuing to investigate and anyone with information about potential suspects in connection to these burglaries is asked to call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. You can remain anonymous when calling and are asked to reference case 2024-039644.
