On October 17, rapper and pop culture icon Snoop Dogg teamed up with Al Roker on the TODAY Show for a special, cannabis-themed weather forecast. During the segment, Snoop brought his signature laid-back style and humor to deliver the “highs” and lows of temperatures across the U.S., earning plenty of laughs from the hosts and viewers alike.
Starting with the West Coast, Snoop, a Long Beach native, commented on places like Mary Jane Falls, Nevada (57 degrees) and Stoner, Colorado (56 degrees), adding his cannabis-inspired flair. He also mentioned the warm, “misty” 84 degrees in Blunt, South Dakota, much to the delight of the audience.
As he moved through the country, Snoop described temperatures in places like Roach, Missouri and Blaze, Kentucky, keeping the theme consistent and earning laughs from Al Roker and the TODAY crew.
Wrapping up the forecast with cities like Pottsville, Pennsylvania (60 degrees) and High Point, North Carolina (61 degrees), Snoop's witty take on weather forecasting had everyone in the studio applauding.
