Several customers experienced THC-related symptoms and reported it to emergency services.

The contamination stemmed from Delta-9 THC oil, which was accidentally used due to a shared kitchen setup.

Public health officials, along with the Stoughton Police and Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, are investigating.

The restaurant has committed to enhancing storage and security protocols to prevent future incidents.
